Description: Curriculum contains videos from Charting a Safe Course (6 videos), IPCM - German Cockroaches in Commercial Kitchens by National Pest Control Association; the Food Code - Modules 1,2 & 3 video. Manual chapters include: Food Safety and the Role of the Sanitarian, List of Important Contacts, Microbiology, Inspection Process, Electronic Inspection System, Risk Communication, Food Code and HACCP. Disks need to operate the Electronic Inspection System and Illness Tracking System from Clark County Health District are included. This kit was designed for entry level sanitarians and sent to state and local sanitarians. FDA does not have additional copies to send out, but copies are available for loan from their lending library at 301-594-3682. The lending library number for this package is VH3027.
