BSC's mission is to provide efficient on-demand cost competitive customer services to all USDA agencies and activities, to non-USDA agencies and activities served by the USDA National Finance Center, and to certain other non-USDA agencies and activities as a service provider for the National Capital Area’s Cooperative Administrative Support Program, in the areas of forms and publications acquisition, management, warehousing and world-wide distribution; excess personal property accountability, reuse, sales and disposal; and office and general supply acquisition, warehousing and sales.
