Description: "Your Game Plan for Food Safety" is a food safety education program for students in grades 4-6. This program includes teacher's guide, video, and student activities, 60 "BAC Catcher" games and two classroom posters. Reporters from the school's newspaper investigate a foodborne illness outbreak that cripples the school's basketball teams. They interview the foodservice manager and the school nurse to learn about food safety and what could have gone wrong.
