Unified Agenda of Federal Regulatory and Deregulatory Actions             Bookmark:   Unified Agenda Learn more
The Unified Agenda, published semi-annually, provides uniform reporting of data on regulatory and deregulatory activities under development throughout the Federal Government, covering over 60 departments, agencies and commissions. Each edition of the Unified Agenda includes regulatory agendas from all Federal entities that currently have regulations under development or review. The Regulatory Plan is published once each year, as part of the fall Unified Agenda, and contains the most important significant regulatory actions that each agency reasonably expects to issue in the current fiscal year or thereafter. On this site, you can search and browse the Regulatory Plan and Unified Agendas published since Fall 2007.
