2008-09 Baseball Camps

December 22 - December 23, 2008 - Wildcat Winter Baseball School (YOUTH - Ages 6-14)

• Offers young players the opportunity to prepare for his spring season in a fun and positive learning atmosphere. Includes baseball fundamentals, drill work specifically designed to improve skills, and simulated game situations. Every camper is videotped to ensure the highest quality hitting and throwing analysis by our staff.
• Monday, December 22 - Tuesday, December 23 - 9 am to 3 pm

December 27 - Wildcat Pitching, Catching and Infield Camp (GRADES 9-12)

• An excellent way for the high school player to hone his defensive skills. Every camper is videotaped to ensure the highest quality throwing analysis by our staff.
• Saturday, December 27 - 9 am to 3 pm

December 28 - Wildcat Hitting Camp (GRADES 9-12)

• Provides the high school player with superior instruction on all facets of hitting. Every camper is videotaped to ensure the highest quality hitting analysis by our staff.

• Receive instruction from the University of Kentucky Baseball coaching staff as well as select visiting college coaches in UK's state-of-the-art indoor training facility. Campers will be grouped by position with emphasis on instruction and competition.

Jan. 12, 19, 26; Feb. 2, 9, 16, 23; Mar. 2 - Weekly Instructional Clinics: Pitching & Hitting

University of Kentucky Softball and Head Coach Rachel Lawson will be offering weekly instruction on the advanced fundamentals of pitching and hitting to help each athlete become better prepared for the upcoming season. Instruction during each 8 week lesson will be led by Coach Lawson and advanced according to the player’s age and abilities.
