Pumpkins - Pumpkins are grown primarily for processing, but a small percentage is grown for ornamental sales. U.S. pumpkin production in 2007 was valued at $117 million.
 
Wine Industry -
After Prohibition (1920-1933), the U.S. wine industry had to be re-established. By 2007, however, the number of commercial wineries had grown to nearly 5,000 and the retail value of wine sales totaled $30 billion.

Feasibility Assessment Template for an Enzymatic Hydrolysis Lignocellulosic Ethanol Plant - This newly released tool, prepared at Oklahoma State University, is designed to assess the feasibility of building an ethanol plant. Users may input such key information as plant capacity, feedstock, equipment costs and personnel and then perform a sensitivity analysis, thus determining how plant profits will be affected by internal and external changes.
