Jody S. Engel, Program AnalystJody S. Engel, M.A., R.D. joined the ODS as a Program Analyst in August 2004. Ms Engel's primary responsibilities include providing analysis and program support to the Director of the Botanical Research Centers' program to guide the Centers' development and implementation. Ms. Engel is also responsible for providing scientific analysis and support to the Director of the Analytical Methods and Reference Materials program. Additionally, she will serve as liaison between these two programs.
Most recently, Ms. Engel worked as a Registered Dietitian serving the undergraduate students at Georgetown University. Prior to completing her dietetic internship at the NIH Clinical Research Center, Ms. Engel worked part-time at ODS as Conferences and Scientific Events Coordinator. Ms. Engel has a Master's degree from Tulane University in Applied Social Research and a recent BS degree from the University of Maryland in Dietetics.
