Brrr...Beware, take care
A little bit of the North Pole is headed our way, the National Weather Service says, with daytime temperatures that may not creep over zero and 40-below wind chill factors possible.
That means it's time again to get animals ready to weather the bitter cold. Adequate feed, shelter and water are the rule. What's good in normal winter weather isn't enough now, says Wisconsin's state humane veterinarian.
