What is Agribusiness?
In agriculture, agribusiness is a generic term that refers to the various businesses involved in food production, including farming, seed supply, agrichemicals, farm machinery, wholesale and distribution, processing, marketing, and retail sales (wikipedia).

Cornell Program on Agriculture and Small Business Finance:
Their objective is to provide tax and financially related research and information for agricultural and small business operators, their advisors, capital providers, and policy makers.

New York State Food Venture Center:

They assist entrepreneurs in statring new food manufacturing businesses, help established food companies with technical issues, and provide training and educational opportunities in food manufacturing issues

New York FarmNet:
A service for business transfers, business partnerships, beginning farms, and retiring farmers.

New York FarmLink:
NY FarmLink provides educational resources, consulting, and opportunities that enable more farms to be transferred and joint ventures to be developed for the economic enhancement of New York State agriculture. It is a sister program to NY FarmNet.
