The group was established to review various administrative procedures and make recommendations for streamlining where appropriate.  Consensus recommendations from the group are presented to the Associate Vice President for discussion and next steps. We physically meet on the fourth Wednesday of each month and encourage you to contact your representative to provide input or seek information on the topics we are discussing.  We have created this web page to document our progress, serve as a place for the group to post “helpful hints” from information we develop, and we will also list upcoming procedures for discussion.
