This two hour workshop is designed for business owners, non-financial managers, and those who want to learn how to turn financial statements into useful management tools. You will learn how to capture information from the Income Satement and Balance Sheet, calculate several useful Ratios and understand how you can make better business decisions using the information. $25 workshop fee.
