Does my corn need micronutrients?

Yes, but the majority of micronutrients are provided by the soil, and no fertilizer is needed. Micronutrient deficiencies in some soils do occur. For example, soils where pH levels approach 7 and phosphorus levels are high, fertilizer Zn will need to be added. Consult university guidelines for Zn in your state.
