The Water and Atmospheric Resources Monitoring Program (WARM) coordinates data collection activities of several monitoring
efforts conducted by the Illinois State Water Survey, measuring the water and atmospheric resources of Illinois. The program includes
various statewide observation networks on Illinois climate, surface water, groundwater, in-stream sediment, and soil moisture
conditions. From the menu, choose to read more about WARM, browse the various data networks, review current weather and agricultural
information, download a copy of the Illinois Water and Climate Summary (IWCS), or access the WARM database.
The soil moisture report for February 1 is posted. The next report is scheduled for March 6.
Daily data files are updated through January 31, 2009. Data are arranged in ~1989-2008 and 2009 pages.
