Description: The problem of determining equilibrium prices and quantities in spatially separated markets is reviewed. Algorithms that compute spatial equilibria are discussed. A computer program using the reactive programming algorithm for solving spatial equilibrium problems that involve multiple commodities is presented, along with detailed documentation. A sample data set, program output, and a partial program listing are also provided.
Keywords: Computer programs/programing, models, supply/demand (forest products)
