Summary

ORIX Corporation (ORIX) sells a range of products, including products of subsidiaries, such as ORIX Auto, ORIX Rentec, ORIX Life Insurance and ORIX Facilities Corporation (ORIX Facilities). Its main customer base consists of small and medium-sized enterprises. The Company's operating segments in Japan are Corporate Financial Services, Automobile Operations, Rental Operations, Real Estate-Related Finance, Real Estate, Life Insurance and Other. Its overseas segments are The Americas, and Asia, Oceania and Europe. As of April 1, 2008, ORIX implemented changes to its internal organization to reorganize its businesses into six segments, which are Corporate Financial Services, Maintenance Leasing , Real Estate, Investment Banking, Retail and Overseas Business.
