The online database of agroforestry-related activities at institutions in the US and Canada that’s maintained by AFTA has recently been completely updated and reloaded. From the AFTA website, you can search the database to find basic information about agroforestry research, teaching and extension activities at 45 different universities and government departments. Searches can be done by keywords within the title or description, personnel, institution, location, activity type and agroforestry practice. This latest update was done mainly under a contract with the Appropriate Technology Transfer for Rural Areas (ATTRA) program, with funding from the Green Foundation.
