Quacamole sauce 
  Years ago they used to make the rolled meat (compress meat rolled) into a taquito. It was usually served in a hot dog boat with some quacamole sauce. Anyone have a copy cat recipe of this green runny quac sauce? Or any pointers. Perhaps it is just salt, quac and water, no clue. But it was addictive. Any help?   My friends are going to the Twin Cities this weekend. They are looking for a Tagine to purchase for a Christmas gift. Anyone know any stores, shops, or markets tht have tagines in stock?
