CSG Selects New Executive Director
Former Kansas State Sen. David Adkins has been selected the new executive director of The Council of State Governments. Adkins succeeds Daniel M. Sprague, who is retiring after 29 years with CSG, the past 19 years as executive director. Adkins will start Nov. 3 at CSG national headquarters, based in Lexington, Ky.
