By the Numbers 001: Texas 'Other Needs Assistance' Exceeds $1 Million Per Day

AUSTIN, Texas -- Fifty-three days following Hurricane Ike's assault on Texas, more than $64 million in Other Needs Assistance (ONA) has been awarded to residents by the State of Texas and the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).
