CIS Ombudsman's 2008 Annual Report to Congress

On Monday, June 30, 2008, the Citizenship and Immigrations Services Ombudsman, Michael T. Dougherty released the 2008 Annual Report to Congress (PDF, 114 pages - 8.88 MB).

The Ombudsman’s office is required to send an annual report to Congress in June of each year, which summarizes the most pervasive and serious problems encountered by individuals and employers, and contains appropriate recommendations for administrative action to resolve such problems.
