Minority Advocates Watching Obama

President-elect tries to balance racial diversity, gender and ideology to piece together his 15-member Cabinet. However, every appointment he makes to the Cabinet reduces by one the opportunities he has to make sure another group is represented. It is a zero-sum game that leaves him with little wiggle room.
