Competitive Community Assistance. . . downtown redevelopment planning; strategic, economic and community development plans; other planning for economic development activities.

Marine Navigation Improvement Fund. . . provides the matching funds needed for a project that has received funding from the US Army Corps of Engineers; projects that directly support or provides access to a federally authorized navigation improvement project. more information
