Big Change Expected at EPA, Interior

The Environmental Protection Agency and the Interior Dept. have been involved in some of the Bush administration's most intense scientific and environmental controversies in the last eight years. Few agencies expect the kind of transformations they both will likely go through under the Obama administration.
