ACTION: Notice of intent to grant a patent license. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- SUMMARY: NASA hereby gives notice that AirFlow Catalyst Systems, Inc., a corporation of the State of Delaware, having its principal place of business at 2600 Chase Square, Rochester, New York, 14604, has applied for a partially exclusive license to practice the invention LAR 15652- 1-CU, entitled ``Catalyst for oxidation of hydocarbons and volatile organic compounds,'' for which a U.S. Patent Application was filed December 16, 1997, by the United States of America as represented by the Administrator of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration.
