Short east-bound hops always mess me up. Adjusting to the Prince-Rupert-esque latitude in Winter also has its challenges.
@aidan60657 no proxy for streaming, just for adding to the queue, though I'm running my own in colo for that.
@trixolina no proxies necessary on xbox, just for adding to queue. You need a US credit card/address to use nflix, tho.
@charlottegroves streaming works fine, though the selection is a bit limited. Not sure how blockbuster compares.
@charlottegroves we've been using netflix for years; it's great, though we're on the cheapest plan and I'd say we do 70/30 local/netflix.
Watching netfl*x on my xb*x in the UK. Proxies FTW. Now to figure out how to tell netfl*x to hold my queue indefinitely.
Back to Belfast. Sadly, there's never enough time in New York, but it'll be nice to be back home.
In an apartment owned by Tom Petty. Wow.
Drinking coffee at 9th St espresso. The village is a good place for coffee.
Drinking an American Trilogy.
Seriously intense photos from the Big Picture: http://tinyurl.com/6or8us

Also, Boston is nice, so it's not such a bad thing. :-)
Missed my train to New York by misreading the departure time. Thankfully, trains rock, so it only sets me back 60 minutes.
@cjmartin, @RodBegbie I'm feeling a lot better about paying £850/yr for insurance, even though it is 3 times the normal local rate.
Arrived at hotel for prorubyconf. :-) Hotels without wifi should be banned. :-(
Arrived in Boston, narrowly missing another fellow traveler at the airport. Anything interesting happening at the hotel?
