Welcome to Washington Township!
The main goal of the site is to offer as much information
regarding your local government and its operations as possible.
This includes agendas, minutes, the Township Directory and even
online access to the Township’s ordinances. You will find the site
to be very comprehensive, and it is updated weekly. Please take
some time to review it; maybe you can find out why Port Colden
was referred to as a “Port”.

Washington Township is a beautiful rural township with a
tremendous sense of community. Learn about what is going on
and get involved. We have an Environmental Commission,
 Historic Preservation Commission, Recreation Commission,
Economic Development Commission, Open Space Advisory
Committee, Senior Citizens Advisory Committee and a Land Use
Board. You can apply for a position by returning the Citizens
 Involvement form, available by
clicking here to volunteer.

We want to hear from you, so please
Contact Us with any input.
