Reports on Federal Agency Major Rules

Pursuant to section 801(a)(2)(A) of title 5, United States Code, the Government Accountability Office provides a report to the Committees of Jurisdiction of both houses of Congress on major rules proposed by Federal Agencies within 15 days of the receipt of a copy of the rule at the Government Accountability Office or publication in the Federal Register, whichever is later. The reports are in letter format and are listed below, arranged by date of issuance, most recent first.
