Senator Murray joins Rep. Reichert, Mercer Island Mayor Bryan Cairns, other Mercer Island community members and Sound Transit officials to celebrate the Park and Ride Construction Kickoff.

The Park-and-Ride expansion will increase the lot's capacity to 450 parking spaces, expand bus bays and improve access to Sound Transit. The federal government provided $1.7 million in funding, of which Senator Murray secured $600,000.
