Antideficiency Act: How to Send Reports to GAO

The head of an agency or the Mayor of the District of Columbia must transmit a copy of an Antideficiency Act report to the Comptroller General of the United States at the same time the agency, or the District of Columbia, submits its report to the Congress and the President.
