Phil meets with Faith and Masha Allen before Masha’s testimony to the Energy and Commerce’s Subcommittee on Investigation and Oversight. Masha, who was sexually abused as a child, bravely shared her story with the Committee as they examined legislation to deter those who producer, distribute, and download internet child pornography.
