The Mississippi Joint Legislative Committee on Performance Evaluation and Expenditure Review (PEER Committee) is conducting a performance review of Mississippi state government. The primary purpose of the review is to develop recommendations for consideration by the Mississippi Legislature that could save money, increase efficiency and effectiveness, reduce waste, and improve customer service.

The PEER Committee is interested in receiving input from the states’ citizens that incorporates specific suggestions on how state government could operate more efficiently and economically.
