The Mountain Plains Library Association/Utah Library Association presents it's annual conference and will mark the MPLA’s 60th anniversary conference. Representatives from the 12 states within the mountain plains will be there. The conference theme is: "Where Paths Meet: Connecting Libraries and Our Communities."
