For your information, beginning Monday, August 9, demolition and debris removal associated with the U.S. Supreme Court’s Modernization Project will take place in the north drive of the building’s garage (near the intersection of Second Street, N.E. and Constitution Avenue). The work will take place from 7 p.m. to midnight for about 2 weeks. Steps will be taken to minimize any noise associated with the project.

If you are disturbed by the noise and it is after regular business hours, please contact the Court at 202-479-3000.
