CAMPUS NEWS

ONE BOOK, ONE COLLEGE

The One Book, One College program at Fullerton College is part of a fast-moving reading movement that promotes conversation among all members of a college community. The college chose Mark Salzman's True Notebooks: A Writer's Year at Juvenile Hall as its inaugural selection. The book documents the author's experiences teaching writing to violent teenage offenders imprisoned in LA's Central Juvenile Hall. Faculty are encouraged to incorporate the book into their curriculum and a series of events centered around themes in the book will be held throughout the year. To buy a copy of True Notebooks, please visit the Fullerton College Bookstore.
