The Documents of the World Customs Organization is made of documents that are of General Interest, and documents from the Harmonized System Committee, Review Sub-Committee, and the Scientific Sub-Committee. Nearly all of the documents provide information in on-going proposals to change international classification rules or establish classifications for a particular product. Documents are in English or French, which can be generally ascertained from reading the title of the document or the document code (the letter “E” or “E1” as the last two characters of the document file name; documents in French end with “F” or “F1” in the document file name.)
