1. The Service Academy application must be completed and returned to Congressman Wexler after March of your junior year.

2. It will be necessary for your SAT scores or your ACT exam scores to be sent to Congressman Wexler by November 1 of the year before you expect to enter the Academy. Check with your guidance counselor in order to make the necessary arrangements to see that Congressman Wexler receives your scores. Congressman Wexler's SAT Code is 5425.

3. Request that your high school send a TRANSCRIPT of your school grades to Congressman Wexler at the conclusion of your junior year. This must be received by November 1.

4. Congressman Wexler requires a minimum of (3) three letters of recommendation and a maximum of (5) five. These recommendation letters should be from those who know you well enough to attest to your abilities and character and are able to indicate your probable success at the Academy of your choice. These recommendation letters should be received by Congressman Wexler's office by November 1.

5. If you applied for a nomination for last year's Academy class, please return the application along with a statement of activity since graduating from high school along with any new scholastic information.
