The 1999 Vision 2000 Conference


In 1999, the Office of Advocacy held Vision 2000: The States and Small Business Conference. During the event, outstanding state and local programs and policies were given "Models of Excellence" awards. In addition, the speakers at the conference provided valuable advice on serving and advancing small businesses.
