UGA students get "Taste of Home" on Dec. 4
There's no place like home, but on Dec. 4, the University of Georgia's "Taste of Home" could be the next best thing for the 8,300 students who eat in the university's dining commons.

Thanksgiving holidays
Classes are not held this week, as students enjoy the Thanksgiving holiday. UGA offices are open Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday only. The university reopens on Monday, December 1.

SecureUGA deadline
UGA has implemented a role-based security training and accountability model known as SecureUGA. Approved by the President's Cabinet, SecureUGA requires every individual, regardless of position, to take responsibility for protecting UGA's sensitive and critical data. As part of this responsibility, every employee is required to complete four SecureUGA awareness modules by Nov. 30. This includes faculty, staff, administrators, and all student workers, graduate assistants, research assistants, teaching assistants, and work-study students on the UGA payroll. All students are encouraged to participate, but are not required to do so unless they are in the aforementioned list.
