Chairman
Committee On Ways And Means
1102 Longworth House Office Building

Dear Mr. Chairman:

I am writing to support the elimination of zeroing practices.   Zeroing in anti-dumping actions causes as opposed to fighting unfair trade.  As a result of zeroing importers are levied anti-dumping tariff rates.  Without high tariff, imports will be more competitive on the American market and stimulate the economy.  Please take into consideration in discontinuing this erroneous system.  Thank you.

Sincerely,

Roger Lin
Chief Operating Officer
