One of the most important things I do as a U.S. Representative is help people with problems concerning federal programs and agencies. Although I cannot override the decisions made by a federal agency, I can often intervene on a person's behalf to answer questions, find solutions, or just cut through the red tape.
If your request is time-sensitive – such as obtaining or renewing a passport for upcoming travel – please contact my office by phone for assistance. Marietta (770) 429-1776 Rome (706) 290-1776
Otherwise, feel free to contact me by phone, fax or email. For information on how to get in touch with my office, click HERE.
Below you will find a list of agencies that I can help you with. However, regardless of which agency you need help with, I need a completed privacy authorization form to comply with the provisions of the Privacy Act. Please click here for a printable version of the privacy authorization form and fax or mail it to my office (click HERE for my office address and fax number).
