Foreign Labor Trends Reports

Foreign Labor Trends reports are voluntary reports drafted by Labor Officers and Labor Reporting Officers at a select number of U.S. Missions to describe a country's labor environment and recent developments in the labor sphere. The reports provide a broad range of information on labor laws, government programs, trade unions, employer associations, and national compliance with internationally recognized labor standards. The U.S. Department of Labor has published Foreign Labor Trends reports for over two decades, and these reports are now being made available on-line by the State Department.
