Levin and Herger Announce Additional Bills on Technical Corrections to U.S. Trade Laws and Miscellaneous Duty Suspensions for Written Comments
Chairman
Sander M. Levin (D-MI) and Ranking Member Wally Herger (R-CA) of the
Subcommittee on Trade today jointly announced the addition of the following
bills to the February 25, 2008 request for written comments on miscellaneous
tariff and duty suspensions. These bills were inadvertently omitted from the
initial advisory and otherwise meet the criteria for inclusion in the
miscellaneous tariff bill process.
All
other details for the request for written comments remain the same (see Trade
Advisory No. TR-7 dated February 25, 2008). The deadline for the
submission of comments on these bills is June 2, 2008.

submissions located in this advisory. Finally, please note that due to the
change in House mail policy, the U.S. Capitol Police will refuse sealed-package

The
deadline for the public to submit written comments to the Committee on the
bills mentioned above is June 2, 2008.
