December 8, 2008: The Senate will convene at 3:00 p.m. and proceed to a period of morning business for up to one hour, with Senators permitted to speak for up to 10 minutes each. Pro Forma sessions are scheduled for November 24, November 26, November 29, December 2, and December 5.
