Dingell, Stupak Offer FCC Interviews Before

Final Report is Released

Washington, DC – Today, Reps. John D. Dingell (D-MI), the Chairman of the Committee on Energy and Commerce, and Bart Stupak (D-MI), the Chairman of the Oversight and Investigations Subcommittee, wrote to Federal Communications Commission (FCC) Chairman Kevin Martin and FCC staff, inviting them to be interviewed by Committee staff before the Committee releases its final report on its investigation into the FCC.
