TO: Printing and Publishing Officials of the Federal Government

SUBJECT: Rider Orders for the 2008 Edition of the U. S. Government Printing Office Style Manual.

The Government Printing Office (GPO) is now accepting rider orders for the 2008 edition of the U. S. Government Printing Office Style Manual.

The rider rates for this publication are estimated at $15.00 per copy for the Case Bound and $6.50 per copy for the adhesive bound edition. The CD-Rom is estimated at $5.00 per copy.  Please remember to indicate the number of paper and Case Bound copies required and GPO Jacket Number 217-466 and GPO Requisition Number 9-00049 on your requisition. Field or regional activities should coordinate their requirements with their Washington, DC area headquarters' printing officers before submitting any paperwork.  NOTE:  For all Manuals order in individual Mailing containers add $4.00 each.

Rider requisitions (SF-1s) for this product should be submitted to GPO no later than December 11, 2008. The rider rates apply to single destination, local delivery. Mailing charges, if incurred, will be added to your account. Your requisitions should be forwarded to Agency Publishing Services, Requisition Section, Stop CSA, U.S. Government Printing Office, Washington, DC 20401.
