The Subcommittee on Health met in open markup session and took the following actions:

H.R. 6357, the “Protecting Records, Optimizing Treatment, and Easing Communication through Healthcare Technology Act of 2008” or the “PRO(TECH)T Act of 2008”, was favorably forwarded to the full Committee by a voice vote.

The following amendments were offered:
