Contractor List Help

The first 3 digits of the Contractor Code represents the state contractor is located in. The last 5 digits is the contractor's unique identifier.

Browse Contractor List by state

• Select a state from the dropdown list and click Submit
• To quickly locate a contractor, depress and enter the first several letters of the contractor's name.

Display Individual Record

• Select a state from the dropdown list and enter the contractor's unique identifier in the Contractor Code field, click Submit
