H.R. 7216 would provide for exemptions from determinations of ineligibility for federal employment for individuals who have received an honorable discharge from the armed services and for the Selective Service System, instead of the Office of Personnel Management, to establish the process for deciding if an applicant for federal employment has knowingly and willingly failed to register.
