The Senate will convene at 9:30am and will resume consideration of the motion to concur with the House amendment to H.R. 2638, the Consolidated Appropriations bill, with 30 minutes of debate equally divided. At 10:00 am, the Senate will proceed to a Roll Call Vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the motion to concur with the House amendment to the Senate amendment to H.R. 2638, the Consolidated Appropriations bill. This could be the only vote of the day.
Negotiations continue on the Treasury Stabilization Plan until an agreement is reached. At this point it is still a possibility the Senate will be in Session tomorrow and into next week.
