Who May Apply: An institution of higher education is eligible to receive funds from the amounts available under this program if such institution is an Asian American and Native American Pacific Islander-serving institution as defined under Part J, section 499A(c)(2) of the College Cost Reduction and Access Act (CCRAA) of 2007 and certifies, at the time of submission, that it has an enrollment of undergraduate students that is at least 10 percent Asian American and Native American Pacific Islander.

NOTE: Applicants must first apply for and receive designation as an eligible institution.
